If NZQA credit is required, please contact our Occupational Health Consultant to discuss further.

- Bone & Joint Injuries/ Crush Injuries
- Wounds and Dressings

A very theoretical and practical unit standard that requires trainees to participate in role plays and scenarios set by the instructor; demonstrating their knowledge and skills to manage an emergency situation.
Initial training for this takes at least 12 hours (a day and a half), however refresher training (held every 2 years) can be carried out in one day (8 hour) course.
